No. HartLedger is planning and educational software. A human preparer reviews numbers before any IRS filing.

Can I still use FreeTaxUSA?

Yes. Simple wage-only returns may stay in your current filer until HartLedger Tax covers a full 1040. Rentals and entity K-1 live here.
